In Eclissi a series of psychotherapists collaborated with Bertocco on the description and interpretation of some sensions of analysis. Taking their cue from real events, four different sessions were first scripted and then staged, focusing particular attention on the relationship between the space in which the people were located and the modes of behavior and movements that were generated in relation to that space. In these four locations the same number of types of subject (the adolescent, the couple, the adult and the child) confront one another. The perception of the place that derives from this generates a tension between architecture and subjectivity of practice akin to the readymade (or what Nicolas Bourriaud would call postproduction) in which Grifi's film is incorporated and presented again in a video installation.
